We were fortunate enough to get a recommendation for Chris from a family friend, and we feel very lucky we did. Chris... and Xiomara were excellent from start to finish! We had a very short notice long distance relocation, and they helped us get scheduled at back to back houses for a few days straight on a holiday weekend no less. When we started on day 1, we had to shift gears due to our original area of interest not meeting our needs. Xiomara, took no time at all to regroup, use her local knowledge to find us an area that was better suited to our family, and get us new showings for that same day/weekend. She worked tirelessly and efficiently answering our questions and concerns, negotiating on our behalf, and helping us through every step of the buying process through and after close on the house we chose. We had some snags with the lender due to their processing and she seamlessly negotiated close adjustments and our pre-close lease. Stephanie gave me a call within the hour, and we had a very detailed conversation about what we wanted and needed in our new home. She asked all the right questions. We arrived in Orlando with only 3 days to find a property. Stephanie had it handled! She was extremely organized and knowledgeable about each property and neighborhood we saw.
